• Administer recruitment & selection according to recruitment plan.
• Track the Recruitment achievement Vs personnel requisitions.
• Perform all Social insurance cycle.
• Monitor Personnel Situation & Absence & Turnover.
• Administer all related HRIS transactions, new comers &Transfers& Promotions & Leavers.
• Manage the Work wear & Requisition & monitor minimum stock .Etc..
• Organize Team Building activities.
• Deputize the HR Leader in department in meetings.
• Prepare department monthly reports.
• Prepare Turnover, Absence, Sickness, Recruitment, Personnel, Disciplinary actions and Return to work reports.
• Maintain HR department KPI’s.
• Process new employees through monitoring the company orientation program which includes company rules. Regulation, etc
• Provide recommendations to the management for corrective action and continuous improvements.
• Participate in planning, organizing and implementing of summer internship program and training.
• Collect training requirement from department and assist in training plan.
• Make HR Letters.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment cycle from beginning to end, Including job posting preparation, interviews arrangements, and reference checks.
• Attend and organize Employment Fairs for Blue Collars.
• Investigate in the Disciplinary actions, and investigation committees.
• Responsible for Termination of employees and Conduct exit interviews.
• Handle End of Probation after 3 months from the hiring.
• Administer the whole cycle for Archiving & Filing Process.
• Prepare department monthly reports.
• Organize with the supplier and handled issues related to the meals.
• Maintain employee information in databases and ensure appropriate modifications.
• Administer and handled issues related to medical insurance company such as issues in approvals for medicine or operations, and Pre-employment.
• Contact training centers to get courses prices.
• Prepare needed date for monthly payroll
