b. Represents AJC to work with Saudi Tadawul (Stock Exchange) on development of new products and services, (covering ECM/EDM Products and Services), and ensure successful implementation within AJC Infrastructure
c. Represents AJC with Capital Market Authority in the areas of product development and business offerings, and ensure integrated reflection of regulations across AJC’s value proposition
6. Leads Company’s performance management effort utilizing a Balanced Score Card model
7. Member of Company’s Management Committee
1. Led the implementation effort of AlJazira Capital, the investment arm of BAJ
2. Managed the business structure blueprint, and licensing activities of Aljazira Capital
3. Led Project Management, Product and System Development, sales support and business incubation of Consumer Finance Program; Covering Consumer and Mortgage Finance.
4. Strategic positioning and launch of the Online Trading platform (Tadawulcom), in the Saudi Market
5. Managed/contributed to several strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer service, operational efficiency and employee performance, including; “Customer Care Center”, bank-wide “Referral Program”, and “Branch Operations Efficiency Program”
