Achievements

Achievements
Achievements have been made in this period influenced positively on each of the manufacturing processes and overall performance of the company, with a reservation on the amount of the level of performance that has been reached, where the scheme is to reach better results than achieved and this is due to the policy of the company. Where the most prominent of these achievements are as follows:
1- The lead in the manufacture of communications tower height of 50 meters and weight 55 tons. The main Items of tower consists of beams form hot rolled and Built-up sections.
2- Change the style of manufacture of telecom towers, which was based on the use of sub-skilled labor and specialized in the manufacture of towers to the other method depends on JEGS and FIXTURS which contributed in the following:
- Minimize faults to less than as possible.
- Provide high costs resulting from the reform in the sites.
- Increase the production rate by 30%
- Dispense with subcontractors.
- Increase the efficiency of the factory workers, and motivate them to carry out manufacturing without the need to sub-contractors.
- Production processes and delivery times were not affected despite the suspension of sub-contractors during the course of work because of their appreciation of the wrong wage agreed upon before implementation.
3- provided the costs of financial receivables to subcontractors for work which was carried out through them, which was up almost $ 5000 a month after it was trained factory workers on about the work sub-contractor and became a factory in a year does not depend on sub-contractor.
4- Has been re-arranging equipment and machinery and the establishment of the factory production lines and plants of the variety, which contributed in the following:
- Ease in handling.
- Increase the production rate by 20%
- Easy to follow and to issue reports on the production processes at each station of the manufacturing plants.
5- Listing and detecting manufacturing costs accurately.

6- Main the organization store raw materials and store of bill of materials by use of a variety of shelves, contributed to the following:
- Classification of raw materials and develop a system to follow up the stockpiles contained a daily basis and outgoing.
- Provide horizontal spaces by vertical storage for raw materials.
- Easy to issue reports on the various balances of materials
7- Establishment and issuance of the measures for controlling production processes in line with the ISO 9001 specification issued 2, 000

8- Insert new manufacturing activities such as: - Metal formwork and scaffolding systems.
- Storage systems (light - medium - heavy)
9- Design and implementation of JIGS and FIXTURS in the manufacture of new systems.
10- In a few months the company has become a strong competitor in the field of scaffolding and formwork systems and different metal storage systems.

In this period I can that present all my knowledge, experience and effort even been reaching performance in satisfaction of all engineers and workers and administrators.
