Monitor and manage SNFN network alarm events, service outage, customer complaint from alarm panel, constant monitor and analyze network performance consistently. This also includes providing escalation and notification of minor, critical, and major telecom and electromechanical alarms on CTC and CPO:

- NOC monitoring, detection, diagnostics, responding, and recovery for the SNFN network (SDH/DWDM).
- Perform initial analysis to identify issues follow by restoration if possible (1st line of support).
- Perform escalation and notification to keep management and other business units informed during network incidents.
- T roubleshooting complaints coming from customers and third party .
- Follow technical escalation procedure to ensure faults is rectified within agreed
SLA.

- Providing technical support and remote troubleshooting for the field testing and
commissioning teams.
- Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected incident.
- Ensure all docket information is captured in activity log.
- Manage MDT and TCN and following up requested MDT/TCN.
- Interact efficiently with concerned persons to solve incidents ASAP.
- Assist the team leader in ongoing development of tools.
