• Deal with the entire lifecycle of various projects of the Foundation including organization of prestigious events in Ajman to build the Ajman brand in targeted markets.

• Manage business development activities to promote Arab Pearl Journey which offers pearl-diving tours to tourists combining culture, tourism and heritage.
• Supervise all activities related to day-to-day operations of the Arab Pearl boat tours ensuring safety and delivery of superior guest experience.
• Conduct capacity needs assessments across all business areas and levels to identify performance expectations, current job skills to identify performance gaps and implement effective improvement plans.
• Plan and organize training seminars and working sessions covering various aspects of projects ensuring effective marketing and operations as well as orientation sessions for new staff.
• Formulate and execute initiatives like self-assessment, training needs analysis, skills development, goal setting and measurement of training impact to deliver targeted performance improvements.
• Plan and implement strategies to penetrate new markets by building new relationships as well as reinforcing existing relationships with DMCs and hotels in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
