Process all executed leases such as (Original leases, Renewals, Modifications, assignments,
Re-locations, Expansions, Contractions, and Re-measures) and issuing them to Yardi system.

Review all lease contract terms and conditions, legal aspects, and contractual procedures, and verify submitted documents such as the CR, VAT registration, tenant information form, and other corporate legal documents. Ensure that internal approvals, validation of submitted payments, and any other pertinent details related to the terms of the deal are complete and in accordance with the signed lease. Once verified, upload and activate the leases in the Yardi system.

Documentation all of leases on Ejar Platform.

Monitor the expiration dates of current lease contracts and move forward with renewals, close-outs, or extensions based on what’s best for the company.

Follow up with internal stakeholders and external parties to assist in resolving all relevant problematic.

Liaise with the Collections Department to forward VAT invoices to tenants.

Prepare letters to tenants notifying them of renewals, terminations.

Coordinate with Regional Managers to issue credit notes (CN) or apply rent reductions upon receiving justification from tenants during lease extension negotiations.

Prepare regular weekly and ad-hoc leasing activity reports that reflect the status of contracts, tenant leases, and vacant units in malls, and provide analytical monitoring of KPIs, including the status of each negotiation with tenants.

Create and maintain relationships with tenants, serving as the primary point of contact for both tenants and account managers to keep everyone informed of contract-related matters.

Solve any contract-related problems, identify points of contention, and provide recommendations and solutions that align with the organization's interests.

Negotiate with tenants to secure the maximum possible benefit for the company from any contract under consideration.
