To ensure that all the necessary CPE’s and the stationary are covered. To evaluate the work performance of the agents on a monthly bases.
To have the ability to handle aggressive customers and satisfy them. To follow up on courier company.
To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.

Supervisory Duties:
To monitor work procedures to ensure conformity with established operating standards.
To liaise with employees on regular basis to discuss work progress towards achieving objectives. To address problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
To identify staff training needs and recommend the proper training modules for eligible individuals
