• Supervise and co-ordinate Sales Representatives.
• Monitors Sales Plan for the assigned territory to ensure Business Growth, Profitability, and Minimization of losses & Optimum utilization of resources in line with defined KPIs.
• Manages the Sales team to ensure smooth Sales Operations & consequent cash flows.
• Keeps close liaison with the distributor counterpart for issue resolution & other coordination.
• Builds relationship with key customers & ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensures development of customer in Clusters (Top end retail, Wholesale & GTs) to increase market presence & visibility.
• Keeps close liaison with Supply Chain counterpart to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Ensures compliance of company policies & SOPs.
• Critically reviews & analyzes key aspects of the business for corrective & preventive measures for the assigned territory.
• Critically reviews & analyzes sales operations of the assigned territory for improvements.
• Provides tactical assistance, guidance or coaching to respective Sales Reps for issue resolution.
• Assess the working and Provide on job training & coaching to Sales Reps and Delivery Men.
• Analyze the Product availability, visibility and market hygiene (ageing, expiries, damages, etc).
• Reviews documents of distributor and forwards them with comments to Company for approval.
