Developed Job Description and Organograms of all departments at CPSP Head Office.
Staffing Needs Assessment of Examination Department at CPSP for rightsizing the Examination Department.
Prepared Annual Report 2004 & 2005 of HR Department related to functions and activities of Human Resource Department in the Calendar year 2004 & 2005.
