• Managed centralized recruitment for the Middle East and other strategic locations, concentrating on hiring senior management, support functions, engineering, and senior operational positions for both corporate and engineering verticals
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with DSI Business Heads across 19 subsidiaries in the following countries: UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Iraq (Oil & Gas), Algeria, and India
• Oversee all departmental functions, encompassing the establishment of goals, policies, procedures, and workflow processes; monitoring departmental performance for compliance; approving operating budgets and expenses, staffing, training, and the supervision of personnel across all DSI PJSC subsidiaries

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with DSI Business Heads across 19 subsidiaries in the following countries: UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Iraq (Oil & Gas), Algeria, and India.
• Creating a candidates database for C-suite level candidates and hiring for roles such as CFOs, COOs, and CCOs across the business while maintaining complete confidentiality
• Headhunting candidates for positions such as Technical Managers, Engineering Managers, Project Directors/Managers, QHSE Directors/Managers, Commercial Directors/Managers, Finance Directors/Managers, etc
• Developing and reviewing job descriptions to ensure that each position has a job description, and the descriptions are standardized and aligned with DSI's standards
• Preparing quarterly reports for management, which emphasize issues related to retention and recruitment, challenges, candidate quality, and resource allocation across the network
• Work directly with Hiring Managers comprising the Technical & functional heads to
understand the position.
• Sourcing active and passive candidates for roles directly via job boards, CV databases,
referrals/ word of mouth / networking
• Planning and implementing advertising campaigns to promote DSI as an employer of choice
• Implementing employee referral scheme to promote internal recruitment
• Organizing and preparing for Recruitment Open Day's in DSI PJSC subsidiaries etc. “UAE, Qatar, KSA, Lebanon
• Preparing quarterly reports presented to management highlighting retention and recruitment cost, challenges, quality of candidates and reallocation of resources across the network.
• Handled the complete mapping flow i.e., Industry - Competitor - Hierarchy & Organization Structure - Project- Resource Mapping
• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
• Calendaring/ Scheduling recruitment in order to ensure approved manpower is provided
