Recruitment UAE Nationals for multinational and local banks/ financial services in the UAE.
Main focus on Nationalisation
Business Development and attending client meetings
Ensuring weekly targets are met on all standards
Telephone and face to face interviews and screening.
Preparing shortlisted candidates for the final interviews with the clients.
Credit cards, cheque accounts, mortgage bonds, secured loans, vehicle finance, cash
investments and forex
Client liaison and query resolution across the lnvestec product spectrum
lmplementation of all lending facilities
Drafting documentation for attorneys, valuers, credit and legal departments
South African Reserve Bank compliance
Financial lntelligence Centre Act (FlCA) compliance
Reporting transactions to financial surveillance department
Compliance with regard to internal & external audit queries
Support key account manager with administration for individual placements.
interview and screen new candidates for temporary placements for clients: South African
Revenue Service and Country Road.
Perform payroll functions every two weeks.
Do onsite checks to ensure all positions filled and casual placements have arrived on duty.
Deal with telephonic interviews, and attending to client’s last minute casual placement
requirements.
Flexibility to work late and weekends when required.
