- Checking that all suppliers’ invoices are legally conform and match with the budgets allocated
- Reconciliation of all events expenses with the budget
- Assistance in the preparation the expenditure reports and the invoice to the European Commission
- Collecting all necessary supporting documents
- Liaising with event logistics team and suppliers when necessary
- Making sure internal procedures are applied
- Senior in-charge for small and medium engagements including: transportation, motor vehicle manufacturing, supermarket, telecommunication, electronic manufacturing and hospitality.
- Responsible for checking significant transactions, recordings, accounting principle adopted and financial reporting.
- Understand and gain an overview of client’s accounting system and internal control system in relation to its operation.
- Prepare (consolidated) financial statements on behalf of clients for managers’ and partners’ review and approval.
- Responsible for organizing and monitoring the work of other team members, promoting team spirits, effective communication, co-operation and knowledge sharing
