In 2016 I was the project Manager for BELAYIM POWER STATION as a contractor for one of Petrobel's big projects my responsibility was to cover the management of the whole project (Mechanical - Electrical) Equipment life cycle (Supplier Negotiation - Electrical Technical Clarification - Purchasing - Monitor Installation Commissioning and Start Up.

• Review and Schedule all the whole project life cycle, from the initiative Process (Tendering and Sales Process) up till Project Closure including the approvals for the contract plans, including goals and objectives, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, Purchasing and Supply chain, risk management, FAT test management, ensure the quality of the project approachs for (local & export)projects.
• Full control for Revenue plans (detailed monthly plan) achieved all revenue plans in very tough years.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Succeeded in managing a team of 2 engineers and 2 Technician to get work more than 10 million USD per year.
• Achieved high level of customer satisfaction for their Complains.
• Succeeded to schedule on time delivery to most complex orders with high customer satisfaction.
• Managed EX-Work, CIF, CPT, FOB, DDP projects successfully with the best delivery time.
• Achieved the monthly plan with reference to the customer satisfaction, supplier dates and project contractual dates.
• Prepare the communication plan, team charter, preliminary project plan with planning and apply internal kick off and Business back up plan if needed.
• Prepare the cash flow document showing all documents required to collect our money.
• External kick off meeting with customer to adjust the plan of delivery.
• Managed projects with more than one million dollar for Cameron and République de Côte d'Ivoire with the best delivery on time.
• Managing Business and financial KPI for our Business to keep it balance, as per the Organization requirement.
• Succeeded to have road Map for Secondary SWG for the coming three years into life.
• Successfully made a Market Plan for Secondary SWG to assist which lead to increase in our market share.
Key Achievement
• Managed a Complex orders like (Giza North SubStation, 10th of Ramadan water substation, Bazian El-Iraq substation, Golf Marina Substation, Halliburton Libya substation) Projects with on time delivery.
• Negotiated a reduction in cost of 20% to a system enhancement with a vendor enabling additional enhancements to be included in the release.
• Consistently delivered Secondary Switchgear Business projects on time and to budget over a period of 3 years to meet with legislative, compliance, industry, plus product and business requirements.
• Delivered an average of $3 million dollar project on time and under budget by creating a one team work ethic between the businesses and the production lines. This involved using clear communication, continuous scope management, ensuring resourcing requirements were met, documented processes, strong governance, clear and open reporting to the Project Control Board, management of risks and issues as they arose and strong management across the whole team.
• Succeed to create Buffering Project that lead to redesigning for the production line protocols accordingly I saved about 15% of the material required in manufacture the Switchgear.
• Achieved a cost Reduction Projects for SWG Products.
• I have awarded gratitude letter from our company for my effort.
The following tasks are undertaken:
• Design of Medium Voltage Switchgear.
• Studying of Technical offers and design M.V protection network.
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Material) for the required medium voltage SWG with the minimum cost that meet the customer requirement.
• Full Technical support for sales and Production department.
• Testing Switchgear with the clients during acceptance process.
• Full handling to the customer complaints regarding the complains of the SWG Customers with customer satisfaction closing
• Worked as a planning engineer for the production lines to the SWG department regarding the time schedule of the material delivery and the time schedule of the production lines to meet the delivery time of the customer.
• worked in big tenders as Tendering Engineering till we succeed to catch them as an order (El-shorouk administration of water - Quesna administration of water - Horse Trading Company - Giza North) project.
• As a part of the team I had worked in export orders like in (Tanzania - Turkey - Switzerland -Libya - Marco -Iraq), we succeeded to finalize the Projects with the Min. Material cost with Customer technical satisfaction
