resilience planning, crisis response, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Fully responsible for managing all engineering works in Al Husseiniya Palace location, including:
• Leading a team of 13 maintenance technicians, I oversee all aspects of maintenance operations. This includes
planning and coordinating activities such as repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance, as well as
developing and implementing inspection plans for all palace services while maintaining machinery records.
Providing guidance to staff to ensuring team competence, and collaborating with other departments to schedule
maintenance efficiently, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Executing all necessary engineering preparations for the daily programs and prestigious events of the royal
family.
• Supervising upgrade projects conducted by contractors from start to finish, which includes preparing tender
documents, estimating costs, budgeting, tendering, overseeing, and handling invoicing processes.

• As part of the launch team for talabat-mart in Jordan, the Maintenance and Projects Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all engineering projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget. Key duties include planning and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion, which involves evaluating locations before renting, preparing plans, BOQs and work schedules, costing, budgeting, tendering, and
managing the execution of all project scopes (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical), in addition to, quantity surveying and releasing project invoices.
• Ensuring effective coordination with all stakeholders, including company’s top management, consultants, contractors, landlords and suppliers.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues, and ensure the functionality of building systems.

• Managing the entire project lifecycle. This includes analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing quotations for clients, and managing the preparation and submission of materials and shop drawings.
Conducting all communications with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, suppliers, and other contractors.
Providing crucial technical support to mechanical and electrical teams on-site, ensuring that all work adheres to
international and local codes. Additionally, preparing project closure tasks such as preparing as-built plans,
requesting variation orders, and finalizing invoices.
