• Overall responsibility of the daily inbound & outbound operations of the different Distribution Centers consisting of Chilled, Fruit & Vegetables, Frozen and Ambient products.

• Responsible for the daily continuous timely collection and delivery of all air shipments from the different airports to the Distribution Center.
• Reviewed all existing delivery routes and developed/implemented cost effective routes to streamline the delivery to all the stores, production units and collection from the airports.
