Planning (AOR - MENA) • Business Planning - Sales, Margin & Cost Lines Planning and Phasing as per the marketing calendar. Complete BP pack as per the deadlines given by the division finance • Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly reporting for the brand (All working files and analysis done by me). • Key Financial Report (KFR) including P&L. • MANHANTTAN and COGNOS system’s FC and BP changes to be updated accordingly. • Developed ADHOC DWH links to retrieve and analyze data • Produced a working file by season to update host brand system which is easy and faster (Analysis done as per the current year actual + FC with different LFL & PTL growth to next year). • Other Analysis and reporting o TOP 3 stores by market, P&L sheets by country, Density Analysis by Store, FP and MD sales trend within the events vs LY, FP and MD stock analysis weekly. • Sales trackers to be created and maintain for all 9 events throughout the year. • Interacting with operations team to get their requirement and produced reports accordingly to support the respective markets to drive sale. • Brand presentation for RMM. • Conduct KFR presentation to all seniors in the brand and discuss where we are and what action to be taken to achieve balance of the year targets. Also give them an idea of the cost lines which is beyond the budget and stock levels. • Involved in Store Profiling Process - Linear template was modified as per the new concept equipment, analysis done on Space, Sales & Density to segregate stores into 6 categories, Property (Project Management : AOR - MENA + RUSSIA + CEE) • Controlling Site Tracking Report - Update STR every month after the property meeting and inform all relevant people including host brand operations higher authorities, directors etc.. About new store opening which plan upto 2016 and stores to be refurbish and space increased. (The template developed by me which include all necessary information regarding store opening I.e forecast opening date, start on site, hand over from property to operations, GLA, any delays and what is the reason for same, project manager involved etc..) • Liaising with project managers as per the STR cut-off dates to get survey plans to process the schematic (with Zebra (Designing company for Alshaya) • Once the schematic is ready design the store layout with senior operations manager and final cut to be sent to zebra to process AutoCAD drawing. (this will many analysis on a similar store, trend on departmental sales, space, mall, etc before we design the store, also will have input from operation team in respective countries to design and develop the best • Once the AutoCAD drawing is finalized department space mix to be analyzing again and generate the PSR (Part Summary report) to order necessary shop fit for respective store. • Execute the supply chain procedures to allocate or order necessary equipment as per PSR from Bulk Stock or Havelock ( shop fit supplier) • Follow up the shipment from Bahrain to necessary countries project site’s • Monitor and follow-up procurement and production of Havelock orders for the timely delivery of the equipment • Make sure equipment received onsite as per the time line and no delays to open the store
