Provides specific recreational information, including answering questions about classes offered, explaining recreation rules and regulations and providing directions as necessary (in person and over the phone).
Collecting classes fees, issues receipts and accounts for all fees received.
Maintains schedule for facilities, including; facility booking, classes and events.
Promotes recreation facility and program usage through customer service acting as advocate for Usage.
Exercises initiative and independent thinking in promoting activities and suggesting appropriate services.
