Also responsible for Housing, Transport Fleet, Electrical, Power Generation, HVAC, Water Production, Waste Removal, Septic, Weapons Repair and Armed Protection details both static and mobile at three different Bases. I was additionally tasked with the fielding of small arms to the AFL and controlling the weapons under the UN mandate. Ran ranges and shooting course. Conducted physical security and force protection assessments and investigations. I managed and assigned duties to subordinate managers to include subcontractors by both written and oral communications; extensively used Microsoft products to develop records, documentation and presentations to Corporate and the client. Oversaw the facilities management operation, forecast logistics, supply and maintenance needs to maintain readiness and serviceability. Oversaw the management of over 25, 000 lines of supplies and the property book.. Served as senior mentor and counsel on all issues pertaining to employee relations, HR and quality of life. Director of Training and Senior Mentor responsible for the implementation of a State Department Project with the new Government of Liberia tasked to Train the new Liberian Army on a US Army Program of Instruction Scheduled and assigned duties to one hundred trainers (100) Army, Marine and Civilian. Planned, developed and managed training programs, including supervisory training in methods, procedures, and techniques of training, planning and conducting training, test administration, and curriculum planning. Developed Force on Force evaluation modeled after US Armyfor Light Infantry. Managed the execution of the training budget. Additionally responsible for the maintenance and operations management of seven training areas and three live fire ranges. Also participated as senior instructor in the Officer Candidate School, taught Military Decision-making Process, Battalion and Brigade Operations and Spearheaded STXs and FTXs. Conducted AARs, mission briefings and Command Post Exercises. Sole recipient of Company’s highest award, the Lighting Bolt award for outstanding service to the Africa Project. Built and Deployed a Mobile training Team for the Liberian Served as the country focal point for standardizing, developing and implementing standardized training requirements.
