My responsibility is including making outbound calls and answering inbound calls. And solving the customer's issues, by raising them to the concerned departments . However, in the end of the day, I have to present or give a report about my work during the day and the most common issues in the calls I've received.
My study focused in two fields, the linguistics and . literature, especially the English language.
