•Uploading purchase orders, invoices and Pack List for Overseas and Local Shipments on SAP.

• Brief the loader and Driver regarding Airport Safety Systems and allocate them as per flight
schedule Analyze, design and develop user requirements and implement efficiently.
• Arrange the ULD as per the Baggage requirement.
• Handled 22 flights OAL in 12 hours shift.
• Send reports to other stations for left behind baggage.
• Have Taken Care of T2T for EK flights.
• Prepared FHR after departure of Flights & same handover to Duty Officer.
• Communicate with Dispatchers and BRS as per Flight requirement.

•Send the inquiry to supplier and finalized the delivery status.
•Coordinate with customers (user departments) and vendors in the purchasing scope of work for
