•Create manpower plans and manage future recruitment needs.
•Understand the manpower requirements for all new projects and liase with operations for mobilization timelines.
•Ensure compliance with the Recruitment and Selection policy and procedure.
•Obtain all visa processing documents from selected candidates, including attested qualification certificates, passport photographs, passport copies and visa copies.
•Screen CVs using a variety of recruitment methods and forward to the concerned department heads for short listing.
•Coordinate with approved local and overseas recruitment agencies to supply manpower.
•HRDF.
•Managing the On-Boarding Process.
Responsible for local and overseas Recruitment.
Having in depth conversations with people over the phone & face to face.
Coordinate and follow up with recruitment agencies.
Recruiting staff - this includes checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting the talent.
Sourcing through different resources such as: Bayt.com, LinkedIn, and other resources.
On boarding process.
Scheduling interviews.
Provide information and assistance to staff on human resource and related issue.
Ensure and oversee achievement of recruitment needs as per the manpower plan.
Dealing with IT Department to develop the ERP System “SAP” in Recruitment Section.
Preparation of employment contracts and employment offers.
Preparing recruitment reports.
Data entry and coordination of HR transactions through SAP system.
