-Participate in the review of all employees’ job descriptions in the attached entities to insure their content in order to allow the correct attachment to the national job list (National classification agreement of September 2014)
-Analyze the actual resources in terms of workforce and competences to anticipate the needs of the structure (Strategic, organizational and technological choices
