▪ Prepares complete presentation of tender price: details all the materials necessary to achieve specification, estimates the cost of all resources (manpower and equipment) and calculates a final figure supplemented by adjustments for overhead and profit
▪ Performs taking-off of quantities from tender/construction drawings and updates quantity estimates based on actual progress data for progress payment applications
▪ Assists in submission of interim payment applications to maximize cashflow and production of costs-at-completion
▪ Responsible for general commercial management of subcontractors including placing orders, certification of subcontractor’s monthly valuations and agreement of final accounts
▪ Prepares material requests and assists on procurement process
▪ Operates portals for government tenders (ADAC, ADERP, MOF, etc.)
