Achieving Monthly Sales Targets and assisting sales and marketing head, conducting the following activities:
• Catering to customer queries (RFQs)
• Identifying new set of customers, initiation of business communications with the potential customers by understanding their business requirements and volume of business expected.
• Managing customers, meeting them on regular basis for recurring business.
• Processing customer purchase orders after checking the pricing and payment terms, tracking their deliveries and following up with the customers for payments based on agreed credit terms.
• Preparing periodic forecasts, reports, order requisition and order deliveries status for management analysis and decision making
• Managing documentation for export deliveries to GCC countries.
• Addressing customer issues and collecting their feedback on recurring basis to understand their requirements to enhance and exceed customer expectation.
Providing strategic marketing support to a leading British client (which included business development services and other on demand requests from the client’s sales team and managing end to end client communication). Constituted following:
• Tracking global financial sector for the client’s target audience
• Extensive promotion of client’s products and services
• Preparing company dossiers (snapshots) - Information packs on companies covering business overview, financials, management details, latest developments etc.
• Identifying prospects including c-level executives and preparing a brief overview on their roles and responsibilities
Also worked on projects spanning across Automotive, Logistics and Consumer Goods sectors by conducting primary and secondary research on the following:
• Conducting telephone interviews to gather vital business insights from C Level Executives/Senior Managers by fixing prior appointment across the globe.
• Country analysis, market attractiveness and feasibility assessment studies.
• Competitor analysis for M&A opportunities.
• Catering RFPs through proposal writing.
• Hands on experience on databases such as Hoovers, Bloomberg, Factiva, Nexis and EIU
