Bin Dasmal Contracting is an ISO certified company with over four decades of
experience in offering Civil & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) services. These services
include both Civil & MEP Installation, Refurbishment, Retrofit and Maintenance.
Duties & Project Responsibilities:
• Designed and maintained the plans for the HVAC equipments and ensured that they were
installed properly.
• Developed plans and upgraded the HVAC equipment and increased their efficiency.
Managed the multiple HVAC project, prepared their schedule and estimated the cost of the
required equipments.
• Ensured that all HVAC equipments in the plant were in accordance to the engineering standards
and codes.
• Performed troubleshoot on the HVAC equipment and installed the equipment according to the
requirement.
• Designed the flow drawings and prepared the layouts.
• Coordinated with Suppliers of HVAC equipments.
• Review the contracts documents (HVAC specification & Concept) and advise the construction
manager of any deficiency.
• Calculate the design heating load of proposed building for HVAC and submit to consultant / client
for review & approval.
• Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost.
• Review Suppliers submittals (Equipment Data Sheet, Inspection & Test Plan and Installation
Operation & Maintenance Manual) related to the discipline and ensure its compliance with
concept design, contract requirements and submit to consultant & client for review & approval.
• Prepare HVAC Shop Drawings (HVAC Plan, Section, Schematic, and Balancing) respect to design
requirements and contract requirements with coordination of other disciplines and submitted as
per the approved schedules to the consultant / client for review & approval.
• Worked as maintenance engineer for Mechanical, electrical and plumbing divisions.
