• Drive proposal development and bid management for Indian IT tenders and global contracts (U.S. federal, SLED,
and Indian government), leading software development, maintenance, testing, and support initiatives for
enterprise-grade SaaS solutions like Signulu at MetaBit LLC and Millennium Info Tech Inc.s Chennai and
Hyderabad offshore delivery centers, ensuring compliance with client-specific security protocols and regulatory
standards to win high-value contracts.
• Monitor and respond to RFPs via procurement portals such as PlanetBids, Bonfire, IonWave, EDGE, and Texas
Cooperative, conducting bid/no-bid analyses and developing compliant, competitive proposals to secure IT
contracts in U.S. federal, SLED, and Indian markets.
• Oversee operations of MITI Spheres Hyderabad offshore delivery center, managing cross-functional teams and
