Responsible for offering and selling financial products and services to affluent customers
Achieve service quality goals by proactively meeting and greeting customers, ensuring prompt response of client requests/queries and resolving client complaints and raising them through the appropriate channel.
Achieve business target identified by the set KPIs on the Balance Scorecard
Build and sustain relationships with clients and ensure customer loyalty.
Visit (selectively) and follow up with potential/current customers to increase the profitability of the business.
Undertakes branch marketing, special campaigns, and promotions.
Identifies, qualifies and prioritizes existing and potential clients.
Regularly conducts portfolio reviews as required for each client to update clients on portfolio performance.
Weekly reviews on target achievements and scorecard result with Branch manager and notes feedback for improved performance.
Ensures flawless execution of client transactions and maintenance of appropriate records, and ensures the accuracy and completion of all client documentation with the necessary client approvals (e.g. signature).
Ensures clients fully understand and agree to all features of the product to be offered prior to sale.
Provides clients with innovative financial solutions and attractive new opportunities to meet their needs and expectations.
Strictly adhere to the segment guidelines provided in regards to customer management.
Analyzes customer’s financial position
Prepares frequent reports on portfolio performance progress.
