Setup and operate PMO in Application Development Center.
Create proper methodology, Processes, Procedures to clarify all projects stages and phases and build training strategy to elevate the project management practice and Software lifecycle.
Reengineering the internal processes for the programming & system departments and prepare the requirement templates for Application Development PMO. And build and integrate with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Reviewing technical feasibility and working with the team to develop plans for services development.
Leading the project plan and execution phases, making ongoing revisions to meet user requirements as well
Monitoring the development team to ensure that the team is achieving the pre-defined objectives and milestones.
Working with Quality Management as internal auditor (ISO 9001)
Business and System analysis for many Projects in IT Department of Royal Saudi Land Force such as:
o E-Learning Management Project for the Institute of Artillery RSLF.
o Medical Supply System
o Officers Information System
Analyzing, preparing and documenting operational procedures and technical guidelines.
Working with Stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business needs and Training on new systems.
Preparing requirements specification document, bridging the gap between the Stakeholder & development team.
Working with Business Process Office for defining, documenting, and modeling the current status for projects.
