- Responsible for Supervising, co-coordinating, planning and implementation the project.
- Reports to Project Manager the progress of work at site.
- Requests materials, equipment, additional manpower, etc. that is required for the completion of the project.
- Coordinate with the client’s representative for update of works at site and arrange inspections as needed.
- Invoicing on monthly basis depending on projects needs and requirements.
- Prepares required handing-over documents and other submittal required by the client.
- Provide villa plans, elevation, section... site work shop along with 3D animation.
- Act as the main technical adviser on sites for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
- Set out, level and survey the site;
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
- Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the architect;
- Liaise with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Plan the work and efficiently organise the plants and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
- Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site;
- Prepare reports as required;
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Oversee and draw all the completion of architectural projects along with interior and exterior decoration.
- Prepare construction schedule.
- Estimate quantities for building work.
- Ensure ongoing work execution.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed correspond to specifications
- Allocate work to subcontractor.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect
- Value completed work and arrange payments
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders
- Provide advice on contractual claim
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use
