Managing the HR affairs for one of the oldest group in Dubai in Import/Export/Retail/FMCG dealing with China / Middle East & Africa which is moving from its entrepreneurial setup to a group of companies mode.s
• Designed the HR Department with hands on approach in HR Operations by developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Systems from recruitment till exits from scratch for all locations.
• Supporting the functional managers in configuring and deploying Group people policies, processes to drive engagement thereby driving business performance

• Handled the complete HR audits of UST Global Ltd with 100 % Compliance. External Audits carried out by KPMG, SOX, SAS and internally by MNC clients like GE, WellPoint, Costco etc.
• Revamped the Pre-departure Orientation programme for the overseas travellers to USA and designed the program for Philippines, Malaysia & Singapore.
• Responsible for On-boarding and Induction of new & overseas hires (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Dubai).
