Responsible for all sale and purchase operations, vast experience and high proficiency while dealing with inventory management, scheduling and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, operational metrics especially in agro-alimentary industry.
-Set up a delivery schedule.
-Maintain a permanent link with suppliers.
-Define the modes of transport and delivery: type of packaging, quantity, frequency.
-Check the quality and conformity of the goods when they are received.
-Manage emergencies: delays in deliveries, supply disruption, error in order.
-Prepare and place orders.

-Organize the storage space to facilitate the passage of the handlers.
-Perform inventories.
-Anticipate the requests of the customers.
-Guarantee the availability of products.
-Interface with various services (production, commercial, supply, carrier).
-Order management and dissociation with stakeholders.
-Receipt and registration of delivery notes.
-Telephone and physical reception of the customer.
-Dispute management with carriers and customer feedback.
-Daily Use of Computer Assisted Production Management (CAPM).
Responsible for ensuring that the company's finance systems and processes are effective, up-to-date and operate in line with legislation and the requirements of external bodies.
Duties:
o Working with the Chief Executive, and playing a key role in liaising with external bodies to secure funding.
o Developing procedures & controls to ensure the company continues to safeguard its assets in an efficient manner.
o Supporting the operational management team in maximising the financial performance.
o Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with both internal and external company customers.
o Writing up annual budgets (actual and forecast), cash flow forecasts and monthly management accounts.
o Negotiating & working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on issues of mutual financial concern.
o Managing the receipt of a high volume of electronic accounts, manual paper supplier invoices and general queries.
