I was a Social researcher in Social Affairs office and my job was to look for citizen needs specially old age citizen and citizen who need more help by the goverment in providing them with financial, health and social services that they need.
Also I was a call center agent. Recieving phone calls, Complains, any other services that they need by phone.
And I did some work out off my professional requirements because I am skilled in some external skills such as design, editing, and communication, Design for them some od their advertisment posters and editing some work videos for them and conntecting eith some clients.
I have experience in media field, I have experience in Social Affairs office.
