- My role is to Handle customers’ needs and enquires throughout the phone trying to make the customer satisfied from the first call.
- I handle escalations when needed.
- I do managerial tasks like monthly team reports, make sure that they are fixed to their schedules and that they achieve their monthly targets.
- Currently I’m giving sessions in quality for new team members as I’m the responsible to rate team member’s quality in my team.
- I’m my manager’s deputy and assistant.
- I help new comers in their training period (shadowing and floor support)
- Joining the Fun committee team in which helping developing and creating ideas for the floor like events and meetings in which help employees to get so much fun during their daily work routine feeling like home and handle weekly or monthly event to make sure that employee are satisfied and happy to work in that place.
