Roles & Responsibilities:
•To understand fully AADC/ADDC Project Specification/ Drawings, Project BOQ/ Documents.
•Prepare and review the Shop Drawings, As Built drawings, GIS drawings in coordination with draftsman.
•Prepare, submit and follow to approve the Material Submittals.
•Prepare, submit and follow to approve the Material Requests as based on approved Material Submittals.
•Coordinate with the Supplier for the Factory Acceptance Test for the approved materials.
•Coordinate with the Client/ Consultant for the Dispatch clearance and delivery of materials after FAT.
• Planning and supervising the activities related to installation/testing of LV, 11KV cables and Fiber Optic cables.
• Installation of 11/0.415KV Substations Transformers, MV Switchgears, LV Panel, DC Charger, DMS-RTU, FOTB, FP, ST & FDB for power distribution.
•Installation of Lighting and Small power and Air conditioning system (HVAC) for the substation.
•Coordinate for the Testing (SAT) & Commissioning of Substations and Panels.
•Prepare and submit the Commissioning report to the Consultant/ Client.
•Ensure QA/QC procedures/Checklists are being carried out and proper records are generated.
•Supervise all Site Engineers/foreman and ensures smooth flow of project activities and progress of works as per the approved shop drawings.
•Prepare Monthly/ Weekly progress reports to Project Manager and Clients (M/s ADDC).
•Coordinate with store keepers on Inventory Management and ensures quantity/ quality of materials received as per delivery order.
•Periodic checking of Project Logs (Material Procurement, MIR, WIR)
•Update the QS and planning engineer about all site progress.
•Monitoring and following the program schedule to avoid any delay.
•Ensure the availability of First Aid kits as per the Municipality/ Company requirements.
•Update Project manager about site issues and ensure to solve them within time frame.

QA/ QC Engineering:
•Preparation of Method statement, Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test plan and obtaining its approval from clients.
•Coordinating with the QC Inspectors for inspection of materials and work done as per project standards.
•Implementing proper work procedures and methodologies in respect to approved quality plan and procedures.
•Implementation, checking & maintenance of works & records as according to ADWEA/AADC/ ADDC specification, ISO 9001:2008 manual, Pearl quality manual & Project Quality plan.
