Big POnd Technologies LLC is a US based IT / ITeS Consulting / Outsourcing firm. The firm operates a back office processing center in India and has partnership with BPO centers in major cities in India.
During my tenure with the organization I was responsible for overseeing all revenue generating operations of the company. Some of the key streams were::
1. Inbound (10 seats 24 X 7) and outbound (25 seats 16 X 7) call center
2. Software development and application maintenance support
3. Technical & operational support for setting up back office operation centers
Additionally I was also responsible for the design of web based sales & marketing campaigns, developing quality management procedures for in-house and outsourced operations and MIS reporting to senior management.
Key achievements:
1. Operationalization of a 25 seat outbound call center operating 16 X 7
2. Developing KPIs for the customer service agents and
3. Design & implementation of a performance based variable incentive structure.

QMAC Info Solutions provides software development, maintenance and training services. They also supply power regulation equipment for use with critical IT systems.
As Operations Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the software development and training functions. I had a client interfacing role in terms of business development efforts and requirements gathering for application development.
Key achievement during my tenure with the organization was the setting up of the training function in collaboration with one of the largest software houses in India.
