Handling tasks such as domestic & international reservations, ticketing, constructing fares for corporate & individual clients using Sabre(Computerized Reservation System).
Using in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, transportation companies, hotels / resorts & selling these services to clients.
Maintaining records for all travel PAX and handling travel related enquiries.
Listening to client’s requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Deal with customer inquiries face to face and by telephone.
Communicate with English, Bengali and Hindi speaking clients.
Update daily Uplift of passenger in flights on excel and send to Manager incharge.
Answer phone professionally courteously and promptly.
