During my employment with QFMA, I have conducting the following outstanding tasks:

Responsibilities:
1. Develops Policies and Procedures Manuals for Training and Career Development for day-to-day running of the department and oversees the department function.
2. Performs exercises to determine the training needs of all staff in coordination with the HR Dept. and Department Heads and determines best sources for training courses.
3. Designs long-term and short-term training programs for Qatari National trainees (university graduates and Secondary school leavers) to enhance their banking skills.
4. Monitors and implements career development plans of Qatari national trainees.
5. Organizes and co- ordinates training courses in all areas of banking through internal and external facilities.
6. Maintains liaison with the Collage of North Atlantic Qatar (CNAQ) and coordinates the nominations of Bank staff for courses in CNAQ.
7. Evaluates the progress of all training and career development programs and draws- up reports for each outcome to measure its effectiveness.
8. Oversees the application of processing of trainings/workshops/seminars attended by staff in-house, locally and overseas.
9. Submits periodical MIS reports regarding training operations.
10. Prepares annual training budget and ensure all training programs conducted are within the approved budget.
11. Advises the Management on the latest training developments and trends in banking regionally and internationally.
12. Develops and cross trains department staff.
13. Evaluates performance of Training Department staff.
