The 2nd position as agency president I was handling the whole operation in the territory of Qatar including the overall management and initial underwriting of individual life and personal accident insurance. The management of all life and medical sales and policy holder services for individual and group policyholders.
- Increased the sales force by 200%. which made Alico AIG Qatar the fastest and highest growing operation in the network of this giant company across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) Division.
- Increased production by 235% first year and 234% second year
-The direction Qatar operation has taken is built in a way that it might continue to grow consistently.
