Supports the Safety Management Information System (SMIS) by recording all accident reports in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
Accountable to Attending safety meetings (on safety issues) with safety team and to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
Accountable to Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authority’s regulations.
Provides appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers.
Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
Accountable to aid with the development, implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety and Environment Management System and to support the achievement of the safety goals and objectives of the organization.
Prepare HSE Analysis Reports and required Action Plans to support RSEMS implementation across local authority to improve HSE Performance.
Reappear other Periodic HSE Reports at Section / Department / Corporate Levels, as required from time to time, and maintain HSE documents to support continual excellence.
Prepare of CIMP (Change impact management Plan) Reports related to existing asset and Services.
Identify unsafe working conditions and build a safe working environment through modifications in civil, mechanical, electrical and process workflows
Eliminate any risks due to HSE violations. Assess HSE risks and undertake corrective action / precautionary measures to minimize potential risks.
Perform monthly checks on effectiveness of fire systems, identify fire hazards and consequential risks, advice on measures to minimize fire risks and develop robust fire handling procedures.
Drive the maintenance of HSEMS (HSE Management System), inspect documents, certifications and other related documentation; Ensure timely submission of all documents to the concerned authorities/departments.
Develop emergency evacuation plans and have the same displayed at key locations.
Maintain working relationships with local authorities including Police, medical & government agencies.
