▪️Family level Catg level storage zone segregation helped the PA ipp increased by 23% due to less movement and also system poke yoke done to avoid the NC.
Helped OB to reduce the pick2pack damage control by 0.5% to 0.10%.
▪️Implemented Chaotic PA in same Family level, decreased the picking crowd during Sale days.
▪️Bin size reduction for the Apparels/H&B to control the sku dept on location level and also reduce the picker search time.
