Planning, monitoring and controlling all construction ancitivities to build a 310 KM gas Pipeline in north of Mexico as Contractor.

Activities are performed in plain and mountain areas, including use of esplosives for trenching and ROW preparation due to hard rocks presence.

Special attention to, subcontractors selection, equipments and materials procurement, project progress, QA/QC plan implementation, safety procedures and budget control.
