Mange Learning and Development activities in Landmark group in the Western region
Develop the training team and Ensure they are equipped to the run the training programs
Identify training needs
Participate in designing and developing digital learning for LMS
Ensure the delivery of all Induction sessions and the development programs for the new hires
Ensure the implementation of the functional and strategic training plans of landmark brands
Evaluate results
and tackle the obstacles of the Training programs
Conduct talent reviews and manage talent development plans and programs with the stakeholders
Conduct development workshops
Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of training activities.
Ensure the implementing the training plan of Lifestyle brand as per the guidance of the brand L&D team
Assess Needs of training (TNA) through basic job analysis, appraisal schemes, business KPIs and consult with management team
Manage feminization process in Lifestyle brand throughout KSA
Participate in designing and developing the need content for the brand
Ensure the delivery of all Induction sessions and the development programs for the new hires
Ensure all staff have the basic understanding of product knowledge and service skills
Conduct talent reviews and manage talent development plans and programs within Lifestyle brand
Analyze mystery shopping results, work with brand L&D team on action and implementation plans
Ensure enrolling the designated staff in the development programs
Evaluate training requirements for each department, consulting with department heads, and management team. with exposure to the gaps in (stock, store, SOPs and staff)
Conduct development workshops
Conduct workshops about business to business sales B2B and team management
Evaluate training requirements for each division and create training and development programs
Co-plan, develop and implement strategies for training and development based on learners’ experience, needs and interests to ensure the same alignment with the organizational goals and the client’s objectives
Plan and develop an annual training plan, and comprehensive learning roadmap including on-job and E-learning activities and tasks,
Follow up with the training team and the operation team to guarantee the execution within agreed time frame.
Manage the programs' enrollment on LMS
Measure the training effectiveness based on the agreed metrics, such as (the impact on KPI, CSAT)
Deliver training in IBM in different countries such as(Scotland - Bulgaria - the Philippines) whether remote or in person training
Drive and help manage service quality and improvement of services delivered across all metrics reported: SLA, FCR, CSAT, AHT
Main Training Focus (Product and Technical training) (Payment and Billing) (Process training) (Business Skills)
Conduct TTT session to the trainers in EduEgypt program as I was the SPOC trainer of Infosys company
Conduct BPO related sessions to university students (Complaint Handling, Business writing, call flow, products selling, analytical thinking, stress handling, Culture Sensitivity etc.)
Conduct Soft skills and behavioral training
Conduct Sales, Customer Service workshops
Conduct Business English training
