Working as Vodafone UK Customer Service adviser in the Billing Department
Handling General Queries & Any Billing query
Assist UK customers with any Sony after sales queries
worked in 2 different Campaigns got a Valuable Experience in Telesales & Marketing
the first telesales campaign is CREDIX campaign we used to sell & establish Business Credit Profile to US citizen & that one is a hard sales call
the second one is in ADA campaign it's more like Telemarketing Campaign but we also sell
receiving calls from any high value Vodafone Customer
Used to work in Teleperformance as a Customer Service agent who was answering calls regarding any transaction done in the Gulf Area 95 % of the calls was in English
used to work as customer service agent in which was responsible of helping customers & solving there problems
used to work as Consumer relation assistant so i used to make survey & follow up this survey & then try to convenes the consumer with our valuable product promoted to be a team leader so was having the duty of organizing my team & making the follow up for all the team .
