• Managing all processes and functions within Raw Material warehouse (Engineering, Packing, Consumable, Chemical & Honey).
• Managing a team of 08 staff members within the warehouse
• Supervise receive and Issue all Items physically along with their related documents in a timely manner at all storage locations, as per company procedure.
• Coordinate and follow -up with QA/relevant department for timely inspection of items received.
• To perform Tasks related to Food Safety which is mentioned in Food Safety Management System.
• Prepare reports, presentation and analysis.
• Ensure safe handling and stacking of items at all storage location
• Supervise weighing and counting of items at the point of receipt and issuance
• Supervise the stacking & picking of received & issued items at & from designated locations.
• Ensure physical integrity of item received.
• Ensure proper cleaning in the store.
• Receive all the rejected items from production dep’t., ensure their safe stacking and return them to suppliers.
• Liaison with accounts and admin department regarding smooth flow of documents (Inward, Gate pass, GRN and QC Inspection Report).
• Perform physical Cycle counting.
• Directing and assist team members where facing trouble.
• Report to Director/HOD SCM regarding daily performance
• Perform any other task as assigned.

• Maintain Finished Goods Inventory of Warehouse on SAP system as well as WMS.
• Generate Stock Requisition, STN, and Delivery Notes.
• Developing and analyzing reports on daily basis regarding opening/ closing of stocks and pending deliveries status for branch and making decisions accordingly.
• Transportation Bills, Fuel Consumption report.
• Implementation and execution of all other SOPs related to Safety of Warehouse and handling, storage & distribution of stocks (Finished Products).
• Extensive communication with Head Office, Sales Branch, Logistic and Transporters.
• Manage Warehouse Expenses & Control to minimize transportation cost as per approved budget.

• Overall supervision of warehouse.
• Dispatch of Materials to required Destination.
• Checking the stock & inventory control
• Producing regular reports and statistics on weekly and monthly basis
• Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date.
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
• Planning future capacity requirements.
• Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's head office.
