· Set the project action plan project action plan (including budget) according to INJAZ annual plan.
· Update project manual for project documentation and major milestones and achievements by the end of the academic year.
· Identify key program stakeholders and establish new partnerships and relationships for program outreach and improvement.
· Identify, build and maintain effective relationships and establishes new key program stakeholders other necessary related entities (Governmental and universities….etc.)
· Communicate, and coordinate accordingly, project needs to other departments.
· Create project achievements report at end of project.
· Managing Team; supervising over program implementation and activities on a daily basis.
· Plan application and filtration strategy for best achieving the target.
· Track student overall performance level and deliverables throughout the phases.
· Coordinate with the lawyer and financial accountant on the company registration process.
· Ensure incubated teams receive their seed funds according to approved milestones and submit all invoices to Accounting department.
· Researching potential educational resources for the program to keep it up-to-date; in coordination with Education department
