Duties:
Provide Management of the Business in the following categories:
Plan/Budget:
Track Monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period.
Review the pipeline of deals and get involved where necessary
Review P&L of the office and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition, etc.
Document:
Participate in preparation of materials that clearly outline the processes and systems and ensure timely dissemination of the materials that may be utilized for sales, sales training, on-boarding, coordinating, and ensuring accountability.
Humanize/Hire:
Be an active participant in direct staffing, work closely with HR team.
Take a leadership role in assessments, interviews, and talent management to ensure that the sales team grows in line with hiring plan and company salary scales.
Train:
Train new sales employees as per the Bayt Sales process.
Mentor & guide the Sales & Support Teams.
Analyze training needs of employees.
Mentor:
Maintain a continual dialogue with the team focused on growing their capabilities and on promoting personal and professional growth.
Work closely with the team, prescribe better systems and increase efficiency.
Execute:
Set Mutually agreed Objectives, SMART goals for each team member
Monitor Performance.

Assess & Develop according to the new implementations
Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
Planning and managing change.

Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports.
Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes.
Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis
Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks.
Interviewing, hiring, training & induction of all new joiners.
Analyzing performance statistics and making decisions on the basis of these statistics.
Sales Duties:
Supporting clients’ recruiting needs and offer them the best recruitment product & services.
Maintaining a strong relationship with over 60 Key Accounts globally.
Conduct online meetings and demonstrations to clients about the use of the services and different available packages and handling their objections.
Developing and negotiating contracts.
Preparing sales proposals according to customers’ needs and closing business deals.
Team Management:
Managing a team of 7 Relationship Managers.
Record statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the team and preparing Key Vital Factor reports
Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes.
Forecasting sales and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly basis.
Monitoring & observing to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
Preparing Booking and Cashing Reports on Monthly Basis for the International Sales Team.
Interviewing and attending assessments for employee hiring.
Conducting sales trainings for new joiners and for the junior, senior and Enterprise roles
Preparing sales proposals according to customers’ needs
Supporting clients’ recruiting needs and offer them the best recruitment product and services
Maintaining a strong relationship with over 80 customers globally
Conduct online meetings and demonstrations to clients about the use of the services and different available packages and handling their objections.
Updating CRM data and notes for sales processing, proposals and agreements
Overseeing the fulfillment of training, customer care and executive search
Manage existing clients’ accounts and being attentive to their needs and requests
Sustaining a good customer satisfaction and increase in loyal/ frequent customers
Preparing Booking and Cashing Reports on Monthly Basis for the International Sales Team
Attending assessments for employee hiring
Conducting sales trainings for new joiners and for the senior/Enterprise RMs
-Preparing sales proposals according to customers’ needs
-Supporting clients’ recruiting needs and offer them the best recruitment product and services
-Supporting clients’ Marketing needs and offer them the best Marketing product and services
-Following up with companies/ clients
-Initiating and maintaining a strong relationship with over 130 customers globally
-Conduct online meetings and demonstrations to clients about the use of the services and different available packages
-Maintaining the clients records into the CRM
-Updating CRM data and notes for sales processing, proposals and agreements
-Overseeing the fulfillment of training, customer care and executive search
-Manage existing clients’ accounts and being attentive to their needs and requests
-Sustaining a good customer satisfaction and increase in loyal/ frequent customers
Outreaching clients and present products and services
Meeting with new and potential clients to increase the company’s reach out
Conduct online demonstrations to new clients in order to handle objections and convince them to buy the service
Preparing sales proposals according to customers’ needs
Managing growth of new clients and transitioning them to become loyal customers
Outreaching idle / past clients and rebuild the relationship with them and offer products that meet their current needs.
Initiating and developing a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.
-Providing lessons covering all subjects in English for the first five elementary grades
-Preparing worksheets and handouts according to each student’s needs
-Helping students with learning difficulties using specific teaching skills and programs
-Phonics Teaching
