Duties:
Supervise clerical and administrative personnel.
Recommend changes to policies or procedures to improve operations.
Plan budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations.
Islamic Financing of Movable and Immovable Assets to Corporate And Individuals.
-Approving/Rejecting financing applications and assuring they comply with alsharia laws.
-New business development.
-Building relationship, marketing, and maintaining excellent standards.
-Staff training and motivating.
-Branch management and supervision.
-Responsible for interviewing and recruiting staff.
-Responsible of collection and following up remedial loans.
- Developing a business strategy and plan for the branch in coordination with retail management and bank policy, with continuous follow up of its implementation.
- Achieving branch sales and service quality targets through managing and
developing branch personnel efforts.
- Ensuring implementation of all operational control in the branch.
- Implement branch sales budget and sales plan.
- Coach and train staff to ensure full comprehension of bank policies, services and bank products through regular meetings and motivation.
- Manage staff and their rotation to ensure all functions are consistently
covered.
- Ensure services are delivered to all customers equally and are up to the level of customer satisfaction and expectation, with minimal margins of error.
- Developing and maintaining an effective communication function utilizing, advertising and public relations to establish a positive, high visible position that enhances the image of the bank both to the general public and internal staff.
Major in English lang. and Literature minor in Political Sciences.
