Academic work is very interesting field for me. Because I find myself very much in this business. As you work with a distinctive layer of society, and spend most of your time among books, scientific references, and academic journals. You continually do research for better techniques through the development of scientific skills, and following each innovation in Administration world, I was in the position of making efficient people and creating the men of the future. During my academic career, I was a lecturer in the field of business management for students of the first year, a lecturer in Personnel Management for students of the second year, and production management & marketing for students of the third year. In addition to the research methods for students in the year of graduation. As well as, a Supervisor and Examiner for graduation researches for bachelor's students.
