• Worked on UAE operations for Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline (ADCOP) Project, a USD 4 bn venture by International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), in the capacity of Systems & Handover Manager (Project Information Manager).
• Defined, implemented and managed detailed project final data and documentation handover requirements, procedures and mode of handover in conjunction with IPIC / ADCO / ILF as per EPC contractual requirements (IPIC/ILF/ADCO) throughout the execution of the project to delivery for operations.
• Produced As-Built Documentation Centers and Manage the entire As-Built Documentation Process (Red Line Mark Ups) for all sites of ADCOP.
• Optimized resources and improved performance to consistently meet the project deadlines while ensuring Completeness, Integrity and Quality of gathered data in compliance with the SLAs.
• Built a centralized ADCOP Asset Database with Unique Tag Numbers for reference by all departments in conjunction with Penspen (Design Engineering Contractor), CPECC-Engineering, CPECC-Procurement, Pre-Commissioning Team and ADCO
• Developed Software Systems in line with the Handover Requirements in compliance with EPC Contract / IPIC / ADCO, including:
o Pipeline Information and Completions Management;
Materials Management, Construction - Pipeline, Construction - Stations, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Startup, Punch Management, and TPI Certificate Management.
o GIS;
o Progress and Action Tracking System.
• Planned and established IT Infrastructure for CPECC Main Office / Branch Office at Abu Dhabi and 9 Camps across the UAE with over 1000 direct users and > 1000 users from subcontractors and vendors, including:
o Servers (Windows Server 2003/2008/2012R2 / IIS / Apache / MS-SQL 2008 / MySQL / MS-Exchange 2007/2013);
o Communications (Leased Lines / ADSL Lines / VSAT / VPN);
