Reporting to Vice President of Learning & Development, responsible for creating a coaching and mentoring culture from scratch by leading the design, delivery and execution of all coaching, mentoring and leadership development initiatives & programmes across the organisation. Was recognized as the SME to executives and senior managers across the organization to build capability and capacity of leadership and management for coaching and mentoring skills. Some of the key accountabilities included managing all the internal and external coaching programs by establishing the strategic business case, defining the coaching services, monitoring the program for effectiveness and engaging with key influencers, coaches and leaders ensuring alignment with Etihad’s goals and strategy. Provided coaching to leaders and high potentials allowing them to improve personal performance, engagement, effectiveness, and overcome organizational and strategic challenges. Managed the mentoring program and delivered solutions that built capability and talent for performance and succession at all levels. Cross managed a team of 10 internal coaches across all divisions at Etihad and provided feedback on personality profiles and self-awareness tools with individuals and teams to support talent development and drive high performance.

Key Achievements:
• Etihad has been recognized with an Honorable Mention at the International Coaching Federation 2017 Middle East PRISM Awards.
• Wrote the “Awakening the Coach in You” book for managers and leaders to become great coaches and mentors at Etihad.
• Coached over 700 leaders and their teams with more than 1000 hours of leadership facilitation across Etihad backed up with testimonials and a proven track record.
• Designed and delivered a world class Team Coaching Program for 120 UAE National Women at the Contact Center in Arabic and English.
• Trained over 80 senior leaders to become Mentors and over 100 talented Mentees.
• Selected as a finalist for the 2018 ICF Young Leader Award amongst 28 coaches worldwide.
• Delivered a Transformational Coaching Programme for 50 senior Leaders at Etihad
• Created over 30 customized coaching and leadership trainings for performance managers and leaders across Etihad.
• Created the “Corporate Coaching Circle” to increase the skills and effectiveness of the 10 trained coaches across Etihad ensuring continued growth and sharing of best practices.
• Created “The Power of Coaching” Awareness sessions in spirit of the International Coaching Week to raise awareness about coaching which welcomed hundreds of leaders across Etihad every year along with external speakers and coaches.
